Hello, I'm

Caleb Peters

Welcome to my SPCC ePortfolio

Hello, my name is Caleb Peters and I am currently finishing up my last semester at South Piedmont Community College. My hobbies include singing, gaming, and Taekwondo. I was a part of a Taekwondo school from the fourth grade until my last semester in college at Gold Medal Taekwondo Academy (GMTA); it taught me multiple life skills such as confidence, respect, and integrity. This, along with consistently high grades, led to me join the National Beta Club during my eighth grade of middle school and all four years of high school. These hours of community service and all that I have learned through Taekwondo have molded me into the person I am today. I also was enrolled in South Piedmont Community College through the Career and College Promise program in order to get ahead on my college classes while in highschool; since then, I have continued my education at SPCC and will soon obtain an associate's degree in the arts. This degree will thankfully be more easily obtained because of the New Century Scholarship I received for academic excellence in high school. This is only a part of my plan however, I also want to take the associate's degree that I obtain from SPCC to further my education at Wingate and earn a bachelor's degree in business and minor in music.

“Darkness cannot drive out darkness: only light can do that. Hate cannot drive out hate: only love can do that.” This quote from Martin Luther King inspires me to live by my strong and firm Christian beliefs and to be a light to the people around me; no matter what the world throws at me or what I go through.

This ePortfolio will offer you a look at some of the best work that I have completed at South Piedmont Community College, as well as my aspirations for my future goals, career, and overall success.
